I had to take a water break with this one. I have to admit, I wasn't feeling too grateful during this practice. But afterward I feel like I can take on the world. Thanks for making me sweat. 🙏💚🙏💙🙏💜🙏💓🙏💜🙏🎇🎇🎇

hey Biola! this was a great challenge. however i noticed that there were tons of ads that made it really difficult to keep up my flow. I didn't see any of the usual yellow markers, so I'm not sure if it was your choice or if KZbin imposed them? anyways I totally understand the need for ads and wonder if there's a better way to implement them?

Hi Ruby! There is an app extension you can download online (there are a few different ones) But I use AddBlock plus, which is a free ad blocker. It blocks adverts on youtube! Its awesome! Hope this helps :) AMy X

any suggestions on building up arm strength? there were a couple times where i had to just sit back and watch the video because i could not keep up with the movements like crow pose or any that required lifting both an arm and a leg at the same time. a difficulty ranking may also be helpful for beginners

thank you always!! really needed this! also do you have any ips for crow pose? whenever i do (well try lol) it ends up being too painful to hold bc it's like the my knees end up pinching the skin on my arms

You're welcome sis! To be honest I had the same experience when I first starting practicing crow pose 10 years ago & it's going to feel like that for a bit as the skin along your triceps gets comfortable with the weight distribution. It's kinda like when you go cycling & your groin feels a bit sore the 1st few rides because your body isn't used to the bike. Crow will uncomfortable at first but it won't be forever.
