On the 36 minute mark my hamstrings were already shaking 😭 When you mentioned that “it’s normal, just bend your knee” I felt so validated, like it’s okay not to push myself too hard ☺️ Thank you for this amazing flow. The eagle variations are my favorite!

You're welcome! I can definitely create an hour long class, most folks have requested shorter flows but I can do a longer Power Planks 2 Sequence for sure!
