This is an IRONMAN challenge, which means that units die when they are killed and we will not be resetting to revive them. It's not what Kaga would have wanted! However if (when lmao) Roy dies, that would usually result in a complete reset of the run, which we...will not do. We'll find some other sort of penalty, so I guess this is a TINMAN run.

Allow me to tell you something about Horses in FE: Horses are Remarkable creatures that in most continents are immortal and while riding one of these exquisite equines does not automatically make a unit good (examples of bad cavs include Trec, Non-Lyn mode Kent and Sain, as well as Abel and Kane) if a unit that would most likely already be good even if they were footlocked rides a horse they become phenomenal (see FE6 Perceval, Sigurd from FE4 gen 1, Narron from TRS and Raphael also from TRS) since Indoor maps in games with the dismounting mechanic not withstanding having a horse is almost pure upside… Meanwhile in Continent of Lazberia; the setting of Berwick Saga Lazberia Chronicle Chapter 174 Horses are Very much Mortal and can get killed in battle, though some horses are more durable (Sinon Stallions and Monarch Horses) than others (Thin Horses have only 30 HP btw) but even with their newfound ability to die, Horses are still great to have for units like Reese, Elbert and Ward(and I don’t mean the 1 star Axebro from FE6)

Looking forward to FE9 max meme Fe9 is overall very easy but is also very unfair on a blind playthrough (ambush spawns galore)

Well since you said mercenary at one point did you know that Mercenary’s can be hired (it raises their happiness)

@@ImportedCheese well mercenaries gain 0.5 happiness when being hired if your wondering the calculation is from serene’s Forest, albeit I can see why people would’nt know since in-game it’s hidden and is only really important for the permanent recruitment of some of them (since others such as Dean who only requires 60 enemies to die by his hands while Izerna is Alive) Don’t really need it albeit it’s still…. Idk where I’m going with this
