Yes this. It's really hard to tell because they made the color of the pads a dull white, which, pretty much looks like their skin-tone color for her as well. With the greater color pallet in FEH, they've distinguished between her skin tone and pauldrons better and made them larger to avoid confusion.

The shoulder coverings are one of my favourite parts of her design in FEH. It's not just a covering, it's a pauldron, and as a pauldron it emphasizes the idea of her being a crusader, making her look more like a knight and more assertive (brave) in general

10:02 , look at the left shoulder in that picture. There IS a pauldron underneath her cape that's barely poking out. One can assume she's wearing a pauldron on the other side as well with her raised arm, but the angle of the arm prevents seeing it. And assuming even if the pauldrons weren't there, the cape alone would've been enough to cover her shoulders going by this in game picture. Perhaps the only reason her shoulders are bare in the support convos is because she's not actively in battle? I could be wrong considering some support conversations suggest that's exactly where characters are talking, like Gerik and Tethys.

Before even aquiring La'Rachel as a teammate she was already my favorite female character. Sacred Stones usually has a more dark and grim outlook on how terrible the threat of apocalyptic war is than any other in the series, and a main character who brought some relief and joy, even though that facet of her character is not overplayed, was actually much appreciated. Quite frankly i found using moulder and natasha quite a liability considering the poor move and their growths never did much for me in any playthrough, so La'Rachel is instantly a prime candidate and healer due to the extra move and better growth rates and base stats. In fact she is the only unit who can heal at base that i bothered with. even all that without taking into account i adored her character. Too bad she wasnt female Lord, eh? Itd be an interesting change of pace... But anyway, i know you enjoy being the arbiter of unpopular opinions, so nothing im gonna say matters much... Just that i would use her even without tower of valni. But not without spam staff, of couse

I got real mad when I played FE8 and A supported her and Rennac yet no paired ending in the end 8I. It's a bit strange because if Larachel is married to Ephraim, Rausten is suddenly leaderless. That's possibly the same thing if she marries Innes. The only way for her to rule Rausten is well her husband just have to be a consort and can't be the crowned heir of another land. I guess if not Rennac, she marries GenericNPC man.

@Lucifer Morningstar not when you're me, and get unlucky as fuck. The problem with the class is that they have great res, but no way to hit mages. Also dodge tanking is EXTREMELY unreliable in lunatic birthright, as pretty much all enemies have accurate silver weapons in the late game
