Zen Phyzx No they weren't. The game actually had no voice acting, probably because it was a DS game. Echoes is the first Fire Emblem game to have full voice acting for almost every line. If you want to play it in English, you can emulate it and play an English fan translation of the game, I really recommend it.

Great compilation of the quotes dude. Hearing it with the final boss theme undisturbed is great. If I may make a suggestion I think that it would be more epic if you put in the final quotes for Alm and Celica when Alm is ready to take down Duma. To me I think that would be worthy of putting since Alm and Celica don't have a final battle quote.
