You've got to admire the attention to detail Intelligent System put into this game. I thought Intelligent System would simply recycle the critical hit quotes from enemy Fernand but instead, they gave him a completely new set of quotes for the Rise of the Deliverance DLC. Heck, even the children characters have three critical hit quotes, even though they're incredibly weak and the game even advises you to avoid using them.

the sad part being that the chances of those villains critting you(other than Rudolf who has a 29% crit chance on hard mode) is very low or nonexistant without you using a unit with low luck or a unit who is low leveled
