Regardless of what you think of the execution, the actual story premise is pretty interesting: you've come to a world that's dying and too late to save, while the only thing you can do is rescue the few remaining survivors and give the living corpses lingering with regret mercy killings. This is the bad ending, there's no hope for the future, and you're utterly powerless to undo any of the tragedies or destruction that has transpired here. You can only give your foes their final resting place. The music does an incredible job of setting the tone here too.

The penalty for Zephia and Griss should have been sending them to FellYos.

I gotta admit, as much as I disliked Rafal, I did sympathise with him by the time Alear and the Winds were leaving. Sat alone in that dead world for a thousand years waiting for Nel to wake up... I know he chose that path by way of a penance but man, it must have been torture.

@@godoflemmings17 it is a pretty good redemption though, he took responsibility for his actions and did what he felt he needed to to atone for his crimes and saw it through to the end, he actually worked for that redemption rather then just sacrifice himself or something

Also the music just gives the feeling that’s something’s just off about the world of elyos after both alear and sombron died. Which given the very different personalities of the royals (with fogado already being evil before becoming corrupted and knew he was a corrupted unlike the others)

I think the story is fine, but the gameplay is horrendous (with regards to only the DLC, which is ironic).

Too bad this map theme plays for like one turn. That being said having defective play isn't a bad thing at all.
