In my first playthrough, I didn't even train lords. Especially Hector. He was on 5 lvl, UNPROMOTED. Only thanks to Athos Dumbledore I could win.

The lords save for maybe lyn were so annoying to train. They're so WEAK. And now, with the newer ones like awakening and fates and stuff, the lords are overpowered to SHIT

Nah, he's too old during the binding blade, and against a Prime Zephiel with the Exaccus, I don't know what will hector do at that time.

@@xxx_jim_the_reaper_xxx It bothers me the fact that its never mentioned that he sealed Basilikos, he had no reason to (its not a legendary weapon its just a really good Axe), and he had no reason to end up breaking it because well, why would you use such a great axe and not like, a swordreaver in his casual sparriing against eliwood. He should have won, but since Binding Blad ecame first, they didnt take his power into account.

So sort of kind of really late, but if you set your tactician's affinity to Thunder as well and received the most tactician stars as possible with the best possible supports, would it have any appreciable effects or maybe make it possible to OHKO the Dragon?

Brimstone Nope. It doesn't boost attack, just overall accuracy and avoid.

I don’t necessarily understand affinity too much. I just know they help with hit rates and crits. Since I was born in February my affinity is Ice according to FE 7.

The types of affinity boosts the: Total Damage, Hit, Avoid, Critical, Defense and Resistance. Each affinity boost differently. With supports, it's both 2 affinities for each character supported, and the tactician affinity boost Avoid and Hit only. Fire Affinity is knowed for being the best (it's FIRE Emblem, ¿what did you expect?)

@UmbreonAndEspeon1 My main Affinity is Light. (I'm destined to be like Karel or Lucius.) You are lucky to have the same affinity with Hector/Bartre, the powerhouses. After some time, I tend to play my tactician with the same affinity with the character I wanted to make a video with. (e.g I made myself Dark Affinity for making Karla's Journey.) :D

affinity works on which of your stats works better, wind affinity means you are prone to avoid, fire means your attack hits harder, water means your magic hits harder, rock means your defense is thicker, light means your heals are better, dark means your m.def gets buffed and thunder means you will crit more often, give hector a weapon with high crit and he will decimate the enemy army or die trying, give Hector Armads and a decent healer and he will destroy a floor full of dragons.
