I have to side with Liu Kang here.He defeated Shang Tsung who had the combined powerscale of Fujin, Raiden, Shao Kahn, Cetrion, Kronika and Sindel within his Crown.The only way to defeat Onaga is to break the Kamidogus which is IMPOSSIBLE and the only character who managed to do that Canonically was Shujinko who had absorbed and combined the entire Mk Roster's Powerscale within him.Base Fire God Liu Kang scales above the combined powers of Raiden, Fujin, Shao Kahn, Cetrion, Kronika and Keeper Of Time Shang Tsung.He may be able to destroy the Kamidogus and kill Onaga and that's why i choose him as the winner.

Before anyone calls cap on this, this is referring to Onaga if he absorbed all the Kamidogu and became The One Being (sounds like a lot of people in the comment section forgot about him). This is also Fire God Liu Kang BEFORE he beat Kronoka and Titan Shang Tsung. Even then, Onaga doesn't win this one easily. I'd go as far as to only call cap on this being high diff. I'd say its more extreme diff myself.
