I still remember when I was 14 we had a fire like this and every neighbor immediately brought their tractors, we had 8 tractors working at the same time to contain the fire, by the time the firefighters got here it was out, farmers gotta have eachother's back.

I saw this on the news. The guy in the tractor was a neighbour. He ran home and grabbed his equipment and jumped in. When later interviewed and asked why he put himself and his tractor in danger, he looked at the reporter like she was a moron, and said, you help your neighbour when they need it

I grew up on a farm in the UK. One day I got caught on foot in a field of burning straw. My only way out was to jump through the flames. A field fire burning straw moves incredibly quickly and the heat is intense. That farmer took a huge risk. Pulling a harrow flat out in a standing grain field like that can easily go wrong. A breakage and the whole rig would slew round, the tractor would be immediately trapped unable to move and would have been engulfed.

Hats off to these men and women of agriculture, fighting for their livelihood. Absolute beasts, I tear up to things like this. I remember when I worked on a camp grounds and a cabin caught fire I never hopped on a dirt bike faster and switched gears to get to it. I was one of the first people there too, lucky the cabin burning was under our above ground water tank. So I hit the emergency drain lever and poured out 3k gallons of water and snuffed out the fire. We lost the cabin but the rest of the ones near by didn't get touched. This is why camp grounds don't allow smoking inside our cabins. Well the main reason.

From "11 Scariest Things Caught By Drones" by Chills. "10. When a freak thunderstorm sets this large hay field on fire in Weld County, Colorado, a brave farmer named Eric Howard hops in his tractor and heads straight for the action. He has a wild plan that's about to greatly help firefighters contain the 30 acre blaze if all goes well. Thinking fast, Eric quickly carves a long path across the field to keep the fire from spreading. It's a firefighting strategy called a fire line, which is where you remove the top soil so that there is less material to burn. He barely manages to stay ahead of the inferno and the dancing flames grow tall enough to melt the paint off his trusty tractor the whole time. Eventually the wildfire is contained and Eric is credited by the firefighters for his gutsy plan, which probably saved additional acres from going up in flames. Let me know what you would do in this situation and if you think Eric should have left it to the professionals." -Chills

Tl;dr: no, but I will continue it later after I graduate. Thanks for asking, I was pitching this game, made and the core mechanics of the game is done, though not robust, which probably why the idea was rejected by my 'mentor'. He has no background at all at -- leave alone game development -- not even tech backgrounds, he only cares about profit, which has different idealism than us, which just to make a game for everyone. Therefore our team have to leave him and continue it by ourselves, but it is also don't have much progression. I probably most of the blame. Besides that mentorship, I also had some issues, laziness, my leadership, parent issues, running away from stuff, too idealistic, scared for no reason, college & work, etc. I am also currently burned out from everything that has something to do with my hobbies, which are graphic design, video editing, programming, and not to mention gamedev. I should've seen my therapist more often. I decided to disband the team and we continue by each of ourselves, so I don't hinder their future, and rejoin when things are alright. But hopefully, I still not abandoning the Idea. I will try to continue this after I graduate from my degree.
