Great Job...all your videos!! suggestion: Build yourself a long table, mount a few sets of rollers on both sides of the table to support a tank on its side, pick up a good quality Plasma cutter, (if you don't already have one) mount the plasma torch on an adjustable mounting bracket, lay the tanks down and cutaway...bazinga, fire rings cut in about 5 minutes
@TKCL
@TKCL 3 жыл бұрын
Yep I'd love to have a set up like that, it just isn't in the budget right now. Eventually I definitely want a plasma and a good welding table.

Nice video. When it comes to separating the legs evenly for a 3 legged setup, are you simply dividing the circumference by 3?
@TKCL
@TKCL Жыл бұрын
Correct, I'm using a limp fabric tape to measure around for the total length. You can also use the 2 pi R method.

Combat Abrasives. Just in case. In your opinion would a 225 gallon horizontal tank make a good camp stove? I'd stand it vertically, less diameter than a 120,but more than a 100. Itd be used to cook and heat. Preciate ya'll. Be safe everybody.
@TKCL
@TKCL 4 жыл бұрын
I'm sure it would be fine, but I'm not familiar with that size. We have 120s both horizontal (less diameter) and vertical (larger diameter). We then jump to 250 gallons that are even bigger diameter than both style 120s.

Your still doing same Q&A , just adding to it. Yall van take turns working , cooking , and Q&A , or do all together at same time. I know I would enjoy , and others I've talked to as well. Would make it seem like a her together , and we would get to ne there with you. We just couldn't taste. Lol. Enjoying your channel. Keep up the good / hard work. Thanks.

Love the videos sir... I am trying to teach myself to use a flux core welder currently. It is a 115/220 I have found the 115 kind of sucks. It will stick metal together and make a strong weld, but man the welds are UGLY!
@TKCL
@TKCL 4 жыл бұрын
To be honest I started with Flux mig and hated it! Night and day difference if you pick up gas, sawp the polarity on the welder and use solid wire. No comparison between Flux core and solid wire welding..... Trust me and save yourself the headache!
@TKCL
@TKCL 4 жыл бұрын
Unless welding sheet metal, 220 always works better than 110 volt.

not long ago you could go to harbor fright and peel back the logos on their grinding disk and cut off wheels to find dewalts logo. most are made in the same place with different brands using their logos.

That's with a lot of things nowadays, all made in the same place. With that said, these cheaper discs definitely last longer. It's rare to find cheaper that performs better.
