ARE YOU KIDDING??? Just 8 days ago it looked like he was in my area in Oregon. The only difference between the video he posted that day and what I saw was that his fire was in the daytime, while the fire I witnessed started at 4am and was put out by 7am.

That is one of the Fire Support (Rehab) Units. This particular one was FSU3.

That's what happens when you DON'T attack the SEAT of the fire. None of those master streams are gonna do anything. By time that water hits it turned to steam.
