BP cuff wearing is wrong and also hand is moving while speaking. Nowhere in the world whatever the machine you use the reading will never be accurate not even to 70%. Oximeters use finger and on watch also you should use finger(preferably left pointing finger) if you want to compare the BP. Blood concentration levels can be visible to the tracing light at the finger is easy with thin skin layer than at the thick(wrist) skin.

This watch or the other watches which are not medical grade don't know that, whether it is a human finger or some other item. It only checks for the light intensity that is passing and returning and within its depths it calculates and gives us the number as per the algorithm.

@@vikrame4796 its not abt whether is thr watch is medical grade , its abt whether watch has photoplethysmorgraphy or ppg system inbuild in it which needs red and green lee with scanning software inbuild in a watch. Many watches like apple,amazfit, honor, mi watches has that software inbuild and whenever you run HR or SPo2 in those without wearing,it will give you warning and wont measure anything. My honor band 5 has it which cost just 2300rs so its not like only expensive watches has it.

BP cuff ko wrist pe pehna hai.. isiliye error aaraha hai, and 280-290 bhi isiliye aaraha tha aapko.. next time try wearing it at the level of arm 1-2 inches above elbow joint at the level of heart.. fir sahi reading aayega.. but yes.. watch ke sensors faltu hai.. thankyou for clearing that 😂😂

IMPORTANT NOTE: *BP MONITOR* I reset and installed the app as well. I think the company had made two models with the same names but different model #s BSW001 and BSW0001. *The 0001 does not have a BP Monitor app* . I don't know why they did that; If I load the 001app, it wont recognize 0001 watch, so BP Monitor function wont show.

That is right and stop moving your arm while checking BP. No machine is 100% accurate but we can reduce chances of error by using the same in an appropriate manner. I am a stroke patient myself and I lhave to monitor my BP periodically during the day..so correct usage of the device would be highly appreciated
