Better learn from KZbin , you have plenty of channels to learn for every single topic , almost all technologies available in KZbin .first search in Google for which content have to learn , means road map , then the content is also available in multiple website , listen from the KZbin , study and practice from websites. Hands on practice is very very very important for any technology. You must have patience , because few topics u will understand easily and few we may not get understand easily at that time we may feel I want to quit , so patience is very important. Don't take any paid courses more than that we have plenty of KZbin channels and website to learn. It's my personal opinion

generally it should not matter, it all depends on how you perform in interview, don't worry about designation, please focus on preparation for interview and how to explain being unallocated in project.
