I enjoyed this series. As a longtime Volunteer Firefighter in America, it's fun to see the differences and similarities of our respective fire services.

A wee unexpected blast from the past for me there! When this was filmed I was driving buses and at around 5.45 a no263 bus went past that I used to drive! Don't see any of those old Volvo buses anymore!

Amazing that the fire chief doesn’t put on a collar and tie for the graduation ceremony. He looks a scruffy git.
