Just a speculation, I don't think it had to do with Yaoshi, but rather the tree was just a metaphor. But I think it had to do with Titania, her majesty. As firefly was the sole survivor not only of the Iron Calvary, and the Glamoth empire, she is also the sole surviving clone of Titania. Titania is known as the fairy queen, Firefly having wings at the end could signify the fact that she has become Titania somehow, which explains her powers being absurd at the end.

@@toukoenriaze9870 Well to be fair her dying from entropy loss is probably because of her clone/tech body integration that would be fine if it was maintained by her lost empires tech witch was clearly lost in that swarm war 5k years so in current times they simply don't know how to treat her body to be stable maybe will be rediscovered by the genius society and that's what Elio has offered Firefly as an end goal if she follows his script or she has limmited time felt to live and Elio offered her a path to find happiness for her remaining time we'll have to see.

Since this war was a long time ago its hard to imagine firefly would still be alive unless she had something keeping her alive aka abundance. Also I don't think abundance can cure her illness cause it's in her DNA its a part of her abundance only heals it doesn't reshape unless that person loses their mind like we saw back then and even so their are exceptions like blade for example he is Mara struck but he is not transformed

​@@crowing3886 Propagation stopped propagating faster after Tayzzyronth was sealed by Qlipoth, this one seems like Tayzzyronth is still healthy since the only chance they could defeat the swarm is by killing the Swarm Mother which propagates at a higher rate. We've already confronted a giant Swarm Mother and it's not propagating as fast at this or else the Astral Express will be stuck on the belly of the Swarm Mother.

Man im loving this animated short so much both the animetion music it was so epic and fitting in an apocalyptic mecha anime. And most of all love the parallel im seeing with Firefly herself SAM type 4 and Kinana K-423 the Flamescion version even Fireflys swash that destroyed the planet with the ult of Flamescion love it ^_^ As for Titania the older SAM unite there's no way shes dead (I'm guessing she wasn't apart of this battle and was on some other planet somewhere) we have to have a Durandal after all if there going this parallel route ^_^

8:51 I think there are 2 possible reasons for armor disappearance: 1. Armor is done from swarm parts. So whatever was used in explosion, we can see how swarm dissipated and it possible has the same effect on Iron Cavalry armor, bc is done from the same material. 2. It seems like Firefly and other soldiers can summon armor at will. So due to the explosion they lost orientation and consciousness bc of how devastating it was, so basically lost concentration.
