Am I crazy and the only one who couldn't care less about Firefly. We knew her for 5 minutes and then she died I wasn't attached at all they could have given us more time with her rather than killing her off so quickly she died so early in the story I ended up laughing when she died. (Also this might just be me but the romance with the trailblazer felt so forced) I really hope they they go all the way and actually keep her dead rather than bring her back later like we all know they're going to do.

Naaa you aint alone they did the tingyun situation all over again. They just again rushed a death cause omg death. The writing for her screamed im gonna die. I just wish the star rail writers know that when killing characters off qe are meant to care about at least have it matter in the wider story at least or make it somewhat important to the story. Like with another recent death in a hoyoverse game focalors even tho we just met her her death was so much better cause it had a huge impact on the story.

People keep comparing this to like elysia and himeko, but when I got to this scene I was thinking 'that's it?' Like no proper send off, she barely got time to be a character. Even her death cutscene is literally just 'okay I die now. look at my tears.' It just feels so forced and rushed.

am i the only one who felt nothing?? like i was shocked then sad like i barely knew her, her entire character felt forced, characters were shipping us when we only knew each other for 20 mins, i don't even think she needed to share her *medical* secret (why did TB gaslighted her into telling us??) and like we didn't even really *saved* her when we first met her (gallag did, we literally just stood there) why are ppl acting like they were gonna otto route for her?? ppl really overhyped her like the only interesting thing is her character design is similar to Sam was more interested in Acheron, aventurine, misha, sparkle and those angel siblings

​@@yasmunna when you fight unto death it has a move that "auto kills" one of your characters (with the same stabbing as well like here) It then on the battlefield creates a trapped soul version of your character you need to damage a number of times to regain control of them as they come back with the same hp they had before

According to the hsr quest, Aventurine tells us that Acheron is like a death bringer. But before that, i also noticed that the eyes on Unto Death and Acheron are REALLY identical. The more i think about, i feel like it was Acheron who killed firefly. In the quest cutscene, we also see this glowing orange orb that comes out of firefly. A few moments later, Acheron sends it off. Acheron as a bringer of death should know who will die soon. Hearing that firefly has Entropy loss syndrome where her body slows down over time, this makes a connection. When Unto death came out, it didn’t attack us nor Acheron and Black Swan. When we first saw Unto death, it was examining firefly’s body as if it was looking to see if she had something that would eventually lead to her death. The more i think about it, it all sounds suspicious… I keep getting the feeling that it’s connected to Acheron in someway.
