@@pyromart676 what exactly is different between the USA vs. Canada versions of the Firefly-plus and Firefly-max? Which one should one buy if planning to travel back and forth a lot? My *guess* would be that wifi channels might be different, but I think USA/CAN use the same wifi channels within 2.4ghz, so I'm bemused....

I'm not sure I keep having trouble trying to fire stuff some times it works and sometimes it doesn't but it's my first time isomg also when I bought my system last year I didn't get to use it so when u opened this year ot didn't come with an antenna

I would like to be able to have fireworks set on a clock timer. such as 10 second count down for New Years 5 seconds and midnight. Just a suggestion

Titan Technologies ..this still doesn’t really work for U.K. users. When creating a show, there are no products shown in the app when pressing the down arrow to assign a product to a cue.

@@deans6571 You can use the system without the product list. You can download the app and use it without the firefly unit so you can figure out how it works.

Can a cue # be added multiple times for use with a sequencer?

Not yet but this is a common request so expect this to be available soon. However if you just need to use it once or twice more, you can always just manual ignite it during the show (29:50)

I've asked this question too, super easy to build a "sub cue sequencer" but would be nice if the timing could still be controlled by the firefly by re-firing a cue :)

Very disappointed.. only used my ignitors 2 times and 13 of the 15 coils are destroyed. Figured warranty would cover them.. nope but they want $75 for a set of 15 new titan clip versions 3m. After over$300 have to spend another 75 for 2 uses wtf

Naturally, igniters are a consumable item, they undergo a lot of wear and tear! I believe you’ll be hard pressed to find a company with warranties on consumables. If you look at UKFR video on the clips, they can easily last over 15 ignitions with proper care. You also have the option of using single use ignitors as the system is built handle a varying amount of ignition styles. Those talons (and ematch options) are an alternative to the clips and cables that come free of charge in your FireFly box. if you don’t want to care for the consumable items that is.
