Hello and welcome!
Today’s video is Lesson #4 in our series, “How to Read Tarot Cards | Tarot 101”.
In this lesson, we’ll expand on the previous video (linked below) where we talk about how to create or tell a “story” through tarot cards in order to perform a reading.
My name is Christina and I am an intuitive tarot reader. I post mainly Pick a Card Readings here on my channel. This series will cover everything that I’ve learned as a tarot reader through a few different books and websites (listed below), but mostly through my own practice and experience.

Thank you for sharing these lessons I have had tarot cards for a good while and I know my intuition is pretty good. But I don't have totally good meanings of all the cards. So, this is great to learn I have 7 decks collected the ones that just call to me. Because I have the personally of a big kid, I recently have purchased the Cat Tarot it's just (adorable). I have Spirit Animals Oracle (I love all animals) and the coolest is Mystic Martian Oracle cause (I've seen a few things within my lifetime).

Hi Christina Thank you for this video. I have been learning the tarot over a few decades. Today, was different. I had done some emotional work on myself and it seems to have connected me more to Spirit and my intuition. When I began listening to the first 3 lessons i felt i was just guessing. Today, i had a card fly out while i was shuffling the cards and asking the Beings of light that guide me to guide in understanding the msgs of the cards. The card that flew out was the fool (annsering the question my energy for today) . When i clicked on the lesson I was gobsmacked that this eas your first card.. Oh I need to thank you for mentioning the healing session with Archangel Metatron in one of your videos. As a suggestion is possible to have a video about movement in the cards. Thank you again. Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us, 🥰😇 I was wondering in the love reading, when you just pull 1st cards, in the beginning.. which cards are "stronger"- 2 of cups, the lovers, or ace of cups? for example, if in the one reading shows up just 2 of cups, in another for different people shows up just ace of cups, which of these two readings shows the most love? As far as I can tell, The Pages are potential energy and The Knights are energy in motion. Think of the Pages like a ball sitting on top of a hill, and the Knight a ball rolling down the hill. The Page of Wands is full of fire, enthusiasm, inspiration, and intent, but that doesn't mean they are coming forward or taking action. They just have the potential. The Knight of Wands sits on a horse that appears to thrust forward, and therefore is enthusiasm, inspiration, and fire in action. This may represent someone coming in with confidence, and proceeding to do something in the situation in question. The Page represents someone with that same fire, but that doesn't mean there is action on that energy. If you read reversals, a reversed Page of Wands could mean the initial fire and passion is dying down or waning. A reversed Knight of Wands could also mean this confident action forward isn't coming in as fast or the action is with less enthusiasm. Sometimes I think of a Page as a promise, and if they are reversed, the promise is less guaranteed. A Knight is something happening, and them reversed is still happening, but not happening successfully or not happening at its best. I look forward to Firefly's insight on this as well.

By speed meaning how some are fast moving, slow moving, can be messengers coming in etc. i think I understand in theory? but when I pull them in readings they trip me up and I don’t quite know how to interpret them. 2:32 Question: Would you please elaborate on the idea of "cards leaning over to a certain direction"? Do you mean the visible movements of the figures, like the Fool and the Knight of Wands going\moving towards the left, while the Six of Wands and Eight of Cups going to the right? I was wondering if you were referring to the movement of the imagery or the "energies", because if it is the latter, then I'd have no idea how to "see" the moving directions of energies...... Thanks~

If you check out Ultimate Guide to Tarot by Dean, she explains in depth the symbols of the cards. Because I don't know 😂
