Very good demo, thanks! Question... you didn't do this in the demo but based on what you did do, would I be correct to assume that instead of taking the sideways rolling motion in one direction only, you'd also sort of alternate the direction at different positions like you did when you were rocking back and forth at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock, etc? Or would you do the side roll in one direction only? I discovered all the jewelry goodies on your website and I'd love to give this a try. Thanks! 🙂

It can be rolled in either direction.

The first tool scratched my silver, does the burnisher get the scratches out ?

It may smooth out very minor scratches, but will primarily just give a more finished or shiny look. Any significant scratches may still be seen after using the burnisher.

Do you have any suggestion on getting bezel set cab to hang correctly on a chain. I used item number H20-2684MT and it wants to tip forward on my chain. Absolutely love the setting by the way!!!

Hi Dawn. We have asked our in-house jewelry designer and here is what she has to say, "If it is the centerpiece of the necklace, no, I have never successfully fixed this problem. In order to stay upright the loops need to be slightly toward the top of the bezel. If the bezel is on the side of the necklace, and flipping over try using 2 jumprings through the loops. Do not use twisted jumprings. The best way to fix it would be to dangle the bezel from one of the loops and make a tassel or a charm to drop from the other loop. Another option is to use a bezel without loops and add your own loops toward the top with glue on bails." Hope that helps.
