Great catch, I spotted the steady burn blue middle light on the BMWs ( 4:40 ) which was introduced because speed cameras were fining responding police cars, occasionally the cameras would shoot between flashes resulting in the lightbar looking like it was off and the car wasn't responding to a call.

When we trigger a speed camera, a ticket is produced as normal but it gets cancelled as our control centre confirm we are on an emergency call. We have set limits on emergency conditions (trust guidelines) so if we do go over that limit, we can be prosecuted.

I was in strange ways B wing outer. I could see the yard where cat a truck was parked. They start process 6am. Police use to search truck in sterile area. Then truck use to drive to E wing cat a wing. While the truck was on movement the whole prison will be locked down. Soon as the truck leaves prison gates they can open cell doors.
