I haven't missed a single show. I love these episodes. Side note: how about we have real adverts during the ad breaks. Let's get entrepreneurs to advertise, the same way businesses do on TV. I am aware that not all of us, entrepreneurs, can afford to shoot adverts but I'm sure we can try. During the ad break, let's get entrepreneurs selling their products and services. 15 to 30 seconds adverts should do.

This is really incredible. When it comes to helping educate people in positions of influence, we can begin with showing them the data that highlights the realities of minorities, then we can tell them the stories in order to put a face behind the number and because stories are the ones that actually make change happen. Lastly, we need to immerse in the experiences of minority communities - reverse mentorship programs where minorities mentor those in positions of power and invite them to their home and ways of living will help bridge this gap.

Additionally, diversity will ensure that the organisational incentives dont get skewed / corrupted. You dont want to encourage people to lean on anything other than their own competence for advancement

And this is because the likelihood of competency concentrating within a single demographic is slim to none

8:00.. Said by a lady who does not necessarily look African .. you've assimilated even on your look (hair, nails, make-up) non of these are, in a way, black African. That being said I completely agree. Ppl should really recognize that it's about CREATING a new world not assimilation.
