When thinking of the phrase, "Every village has an idiot", Mr. Third Infantry Division" obviously elected himself into that position for the benefit of the residents of Cheboygan and the police chief topped it off by showing his true colours in the store after putting on a show for the camera. These 2 were an embarrassment for the town and that was a shame because all the other residents apart from the offensive guy who ran the Apothicary, were delightful people.
