bb's might be slightly TOO crazy, but an airsoft pellet machine gun set up in it's nose might be a lot of semi destructive fun aimed down for strafing runs kicking up dirt and hitting things. the mini size paint balls would be more difficult and quite a bit heavier, but would make for some fun visuals. for some really ultimate destructive delivery capacity, think "fire truck" like napalm but the danger and risk of flying something like that gets pretty darn high with the potential of possible accusations.

I think you should take it up a notch, and armor the plane before trying to shoot it down, use thin wall PVC piping to protect as much of the cabling and servo network as possible, then coat the engine housing, (top and bottom) with a double coat of acrylic resin, double thick the bottom, with a single coat of resin, THEN reinforce the middle of it with spines and ribs, and see what, if anything you can do, to bring it down, using fireworks

You could probably rig some remote ignition using the engine igniters from hobby rocketry. They basically turn a one time electrical pulse into fire. Pretty sweet if you want to register a hit and explosion.

You need to fire in front of it so the fire works will fly into the plane, if you want to blow it up. Like a anti aircraft gun. If you fire strait at it the projectile will go behind it.

Anthony Ryder If I remember correctly, Peter created the guinea pig. In the description, it says "a new updated version of my rc cargo plane" so I'm pretty sure this is a new version of the guinea pig.

Anthony Ryder lots of updates! This one is using design principals that don't pigeon hole it into one specific type of foam! Only changing the outside spacing of the corners will allow it to be made of more materials! Plus it's 20% larger and has yardsticks for spars. (Tested to 35lbs static) so no folding wings for my planes! And it's designed to be simpler with more ramp room for cargo!

I just saw you use your engraver for the first time- been watching just a few days. Nice LED Light in there! I have a 40W CO2, and wondered if you have a vid. of light install? Where do we find your plans so we can make your models. Would be great to get back into flying- nearly 20 years since I flew RC,a nd moved to CA from MD and never got back into ultralights.
