I am so excited about this. As a runner, I definitely struggle to weave in my strength, core, and injury prevention sessions with my running. It's okay to gain slower and less if you're currently above what you'd consider your body's *ideal weight range* but it's never healthy to try to lose weight during pregnancy. I live overseas and a common issue with recipes is that the ingredients aren't widely available or are cost prohibitive where I live (various cheeses, kale, tortillas, etc). I was pleasantly surprised that hasn't actually been much of an issue with your recipes because you include a variety of ethnic foods like Dal, asian stirfry, and Thai chicken lettuce wraps - I make the Dal regularly now for my family and it's only been 4 weeks since I started the postpartum plan 😄 the chicken broccoli rice and Thai chicken (from the 8 minute plan) is so good too. And I love that it makes so much, great for leftovers and lunches for my family. Just wanted to give you massive credit for that. Delicious, healthy, plentiful, and POSSIBLE meals - I couldn't ask for more

I am SO excited for this! I had done your Lean Strong Fast Capable plan in the past and just finished your free prenatal plan in its entirety right before my third baby was born just two weeks ago! Never felt stronger! Excited that I have some thing to work on while I wait for the Firm 30 plan to come out! Just purchased the 12 week postpartum plan and will move up to the 10 minute plan. The only bummer (not really) is that I’m pregnant with baby #3 so this one will have to wait for me. Just love your plans Ashley and how vocal you are about your faith. Yesterday was Day 1 of the 12 Week Postpartum plan for me. 😁 I ended up going 41+4 with baby #3 and was still able to have a VBAC without a need for induction or pitocin during labor. Anyways, even with my twin 2 yr olds and little 6 week old, I am making time for the plans. Can't wait for Firm30!

Yeah finally something new from Ashley!!! I'm so excited that there is (at least) one woman out there combining faith, family and fitness. I've found 2 other women I like to workout with on KZbin, but their workouts are 5x per week and sometimes up to an hour long... that's too much for me as a mum. That's what I love about Ashley's workout... usually 4 times per week about half an hour:).@Ashley: you mentioned it will be about the same level as LFSC - yeahhhhhhhh! Wondering if you might post a sample workout (as you did with the 10 minute plan back then) to get a feel for it. Would love that! Also for the recipes... as a German, I would again love to have grams and ml in the recipe as well, also how many people it serves. I decided to not buy any mir fitness programs this year.... but well I guess for Firm30 I will have to make an exception hihi. Thank your Ashley for sharing your faith and loving it out!!!!

Hi Anne-Louise, Each workout is 30 minutes long (that's where the 30 comes from in Firm30). Minimum requirement is 3 workouts per week (1 and a half hours). The 4th workout each week is a OPTIONAL for extra glute shaping and leg toning. The 5th workout each week is a 10 minute fiery ab workout - completely a bonus! : )

Tracking you haven't worked out consistently for a good 6 months or so. I REALLY recommend you get on the 10 Minute Plan now Lindsey. You'll be *eased in* during phase 1, then phases 2 and 3 ramp up. This will ensure you have a more flexible, balanced, injury-proof body before stepping up to Firm30.

Hey Ashley! Using my husband's account here, but I'm Caty:) I am now 12 weeks pregnant with baby #4. I did the pregnancy program with baby #3, then the postpartum program, then the 10-minute program, and got pregnant again at 8 months pp. My husband blames you haha. He told me multiple times to DM telling you, "Thank you" and has said I look better after 3 babies than before I have even had any! He's loved me through it all but is grateful I have followed your programs and has seen the fruit not only physically, but mentally, also. So thank you! But baby #4 came as a huge shock. So I am back on the pregnancy plan. I plan to do the PP plan after this baby but have been wanting to ask, if you would give the okay to skip the 10-minute plan and go straight to either this firm 30 or the lean strong fast plan. I loved that the 10-minute plan focused so much on flexibility and mobility but tbh felt that it was a bit too easy for me, especially in the beginning. Again, I love your programs and recommend them to every mom I know. Thanks for all you do and for repping our Lord Jesus, unashamedly! Hallelujah!

great question Grace Anna, so glad you asked. YES the Half Marathon Bonus Program will also be 12 weeks. You need to be able to run 4-5 miles before starting the Half Marathon Program. It's very minimal mileage but exactly how I train to be able to run right around 90 minutes for the half.

Yay April! At the very end I mention drop date is flexible August - September timeframe. What I did NOT share is that Luke is deployed right now. I need some built in flexibility around the release date ensure top notch program for you women!

I am so excited for this new plan! Thank you Ashley for working so hard and for prayerfully planning these workouts! I can't wait for the new challenges! One question: how much time will be required for each day's workout? Thanks again, and good luck for finishing up the filming! 😊

I may have missed this. If I'm not a runner but really loved your prenatal mix of strength/resistance/cardio, will I get a cardio mix in this too? This sounds like a really great program.

Yes you will get some cardio follow-along sprinkled in. : ) And abs sprinkled throughout too. : D Knowing you enjoyed the challenge and variety of the prenatal workouts...you'll be in love with what Firm30 does for you.

Yay Team Jesus!! 💪 I've been crawling through the Postpartum plan. 2 rounds of illness (1 was mastitis, 1 was a GI bug that went through the whole family), plus a baby who only sleeps on me, have me on week 4 when baby is 15 weeks old lol. But! We've found a good routine that enables me to get the workouts done, finally. Very excited to graduate, then do 10 Minute, then give this a try! I love changing things up. And especially love supporting Christian businesses!

Will the videos be 30 minutes long? I don’t love clicking three different videos in the ten minute plan. I’m stocked for the recipes! Your recipes are some of our favourites.

In terms of intensity, how would you rate this? I know you mentioned doing it after the 10 minute program so would you say intermediate/advanced? Thanks again! Just found out I'm preggers with number 4 at the age of 41 and the idea of getting back into shape seems daunting !
