Not just mainstream media. ANY media. Where is TYT, The Majority Report, and Independent media? Where are the so-called "Progressives" when the 3rd party candidates need them? Trump had Fox Biden got CNN Our 3rd party candidates get erased by people claiming to be "3rd party" when they are actually grifting. Trump gets 1,000 stories in independent media for every ONE story on Marriane Williamson. Time to start calling out those fraud media outlets. They are who failed the 3rd party movement. When progressives would rather run 1,000 Trump tabloid stories, instead of solutions, it's no wonder why we have no chance. We can't expect mainstream corporate media to cover them, it's legit the job of Independent news media to do so, especially those calling themselves "Progressive" like @TYT and @TheMajorityReport. Go call them out now, before it's too late (which it already is because they should have been airing 3rd party candidates the day after Biden won, and the day after Trump won) instead they run outrage tabloids that wasted 4 years of "3rd party voters" time.

Marianne came out the door courageous and taking hit after hit from the very beginning!! She's very much the mother willow, the rafiki, the tree of souls like in Avatar. To all young people in this country: I'm over 60 and so you might think that we are using far different criteria to evaluate presidential candidates. If you listen to these two, you hear a lot of good things that will help the lower and middle classes immensely, like no other candidates, very similar to Bernie. Vote for one of these two. It is easy to be out based on the failed previous promises of candidates/party/country, but still show up, vote - give yourself a chance. Voting for the other party will not end well. Do Marianne and Dean have much of a chance, no, heck they likely will not be the democratic nominee, but you have NO chance with the rest. Show that you are not giving up, and maybe things will change, show that you will not fall for the conman, and just maybe things will get a little better. Give yourself a chance.

Cant do it. Dean Phillips really doesnt have a plan for anything, and MW has a non-starter energy plan that is a major portion of her entire labor and economic plan. Dean Phillips doesnt even have anything to offer on energy per his website besides reguritating the same bs from the Inflation Reduction Act. MW's plan is a nonstarter for 3 reasons: 1. It starts with telling all 50 states to develop an energy plan that then must be approved by a new climate agency she plans to setup. Now first of all there is already literally a federal agency whose job it is to approve plans like this called FERC - Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. However second and more importantly the US has 6 major interconnections - NOT 50. The fundamental framework of infrastructure that makes up the energy industry contradicts with the foundation of her plan, which is kinda a major problem. Also if some reason you think it would be good idea - "just change it" keep in mind youd be talking rebuilding the entire energy system of infrastructure that spans over 2 million miles in pipelines and over 3 million miles in grid infrastructure - not gonna happen...... 2. Per MW's timeframes she proposes to have 100% green electrification of the grid by 2030, but does not demand that all 50 states energy proposals get approved until 2045 so that communities can agree on the proper makeup of energy generation. Problem with this is that what you build as far grid infrastructure is heavily dependent upon what type of generation and what scale of generation you plan to install. If you install a 230kV line in 2028 for an originally proposed 350MW solar farm, but then decide to change this to a 1000 MW wind farm - you have created a massive problem, because if you try to full send the electricity on that 230kV rated for 350MW solar farm you will blow out all of your towers and set the electrical line on fire. This is why this process is always done in tandem. This part of her policy alone proves she has NO IDEA WTF SHES TALKING ABOUT on energy. 3. Also on her timeframes - 100% Green electrification of the grid by 2030........ Believe it or not by scientific and engineering studies exist for more than just recognizing the existence of climate change. Theres also tens of thousands of these studies on how to transition the US energy industry. Wanna take a guess how many of them estimate updating and modernizing the US Electrical grid in 6-10 years for 100% Renewable? uh ZERO. Not even close. The average estimated timeframe is 30 YEARS...... Why? Well for one a lot of the grid needs to be repaired, because this country didnt update its infrastructure for 50 years. To add to this, the demand relationship between supplemental infrastructure systems to manage load volatility as compared with VRE penetration (% of intermittent generation compared to net production of an energy network) is exponential. Which means shes not talking about just updating the roughly 2.1 million miles of grid infrastructure by 2030, but instead that she would actually be prosing building in total roughly 4-6 million miles of grid infrastructure in 6-10 years. By comparison the US installs in total about 2,700 miles per year currently. No amount of a WW2 mobilization is going to get you anywhere even remotely close to building that scale of infrastructure by her proposed timeframe. Another major concern I have with MW is her incessant belief that if she thinks something to be true that it will be. The use of the Defense Production Act (WW2 mobilization) exemplifies this. In another one of her videos she talks about how FDR demanded the car industry build them airplanes and they made it happen. What she fails to appreciate however is that during the 1930s the EPA, BLM, BR, BC, OSHA, PHNMSA, FERC, NERC, NRC etc never existed. These are federal entities that require all interests to build according to required mandates and laws. Instead of realizing that WW2 mobilization was achieved at a time with what was effectively zero regulation, she instead supports even more regulation but then also demands that these industries achieve production and efficiency rates several magnitudes greater than what has ever been accomplished in humankind's history (yes even greater than the 1930s-1940s). This does not make any sense. There are already several major infrastructure projects that are taking nearly 20 years to even start construction because of environmental and ROW permitting. Her plan completely fails to even remotely address this challenge.

@@MattBuild4 who are you voting for?
@MattBuild4
@MattBuild4 7 ай бұрын
@@vs-yy5cx Undecided as there are no quality candidates at the moment. Currently no candidate has a good energy plan, and this is not the type of industry or the type of issue where you want to just, "take the best option currently available" or "do part of it this way and change over time". Energy works because it is an integrated system of millions and millions of connections all orchestrated to operate according to standards managed by framework of institutions from international down to the local levels. The transition of this system to one that is more modern and runs generation with lower emissions is not one that you just half a$$. You half a$$ this and either nothing will actually get built or well all be living in the 18th century in the coming decades. Now some actual good news is there is A LOT of analysis on this particular topic found in published scientific and engineering studies to transition the US Energy industry. Contrary to activist belief there are even government plans on how to do this correctly (US DOE National Renewable Electricity Futures Plan; 2020 Grid Modernization Assessment - note these plans are not made by politicians though). The bad news is its woefully apparent that media, activists nor politicians including all presidential candidates have ever bothered to actually read any of these studies to become aware of how to do this properly.

Marianne and Dean, thank you for this wonderful, passionate, and civil debate. I enjoyed every minute and you both inspire me deeply. Marianne, you made me cry at least three times with the passion you bring to your arguments. There is no doubt that you will fight for your beliefs and for our best interests as president. Dean, your love for the American people also shines through. Your level headed bipartisan approach holds great promise for transforming this country. I would be proud to have either of you as my president. Please keep up the great work.

At the least these two bright capable accomplished individuals should be aired in mainstream media simply to highlight their CARE , MATURITY and leadership and willingness to coordinate to SHOW up and address the REAL and serious issues we need addressed ! Marianne is a great teacher and bern at tip of my list for years and tho I’m just recently acquaints w Dean Philips; great thanks and respect to both for stepping up ! 🙏☮️✨🙌

I find it disgusting that these two individuals are being made invisible by our government ran media. And I'm positive millions of Americans are. Hiding the truth is also a lie. Propaganda is happening in our country. Probably for longer than most think. Isn't there something American citizens can do about this?

I think someone on her campaign may be coaching her to "grandstand" and I agree, it can be toned down. Dean was very toned down and carried his point across. Besides that, this is one of the most recent civil presidential debates I've seen in years! More of this please! The republicans could learn from these two respected candidates. I hope Marianne has the funding to continue to debate Biden and Trump - she is real, experienced and unlike most in politics. No agendas, not bought and knows how to serve humanity. She's a beacon of light this election cycle needs!

Marianne Williamson had me until the war in Ukraine, she would fold. Dean was firm against tyrants and understand that at times, you need to spill blood. Either one would do better than what we have now. They are both rooted in reality and should run if not for democrats, then on the independent ticket. I do wish there was something stronger formulated to get rid of congressmen taking money from lobbyists.
