To be honest what I saw in the mayor is an intelligent, well spoken, personable individual who is quite good at making it sound like he’s on your side. that he hears the call and he’s gonna answer it. But all the while very careful to not admit the facts as they are. I don’t think any of your concerns really landed. Only concerns perhaps of “how are we gonna clean this James mess up?”

Excuses about training, that's one of the major malfunctions that auditors continue to highlight... Keep their training current!!! I agree it’s a dangerous job but they know what they’ve signed up for and to say there needs to be more training and my point is why do you have to train LEO’s to treat all with respect now yes circumstances are different but generally interacting with the public common sense can’t be taught in my opinion but there is selective aggressiveness displayed by many officers.
