I am a new fan. You are doing a great job! I am an auditor form Quebec and what I say to all auditors, is that it is great to expose tyranny, but for the citizens to involve themselves you need to have a segment where you propose a solution. So the one I would provide is to have an employees' board in all public buildings with the photo, name, position, ID number so you don't have to ask the one that violates your rights to beg for a complaint form. But if you learn about INTERNET 3.0 you could add a QR code that bring you to the public file, see is citizens's rating, rate them, make a recommandation or a complaint directly by voice, video or writing. Problem solve!

You do a great job, if I may suggest, when they speak about recording "private information" in public places, you should let them know that it's the person getting or employees providing the services responsibility to shield the information from anyone who maybe around, also it's not illegal to record private information, it's what you do with it that may be. James, the way you motivated that "Tyrant Sgt" to do the "right thing" (aka getting those names) qualified as part of some movie scene IMAO. You have just made that Sgt a little bit braver... Two things that came up a lot in many of your videos were that you could have educated them better & faster by clearly & precisely inform them: (Maybe you were just not doing it so you could have longer contents LOL...) 1) it's their responsibility to keep any "sensitive information" away from the reach of the public if they deem it is "sensitive information." That can mean conduct their business activities in closed rooms for example, or have materials to cover up so that it can't be seen from the public area (I know you did mention it to the Tyrant Sgt while you guys were by the entrance door), it is not the public's fault if they are not doing their job; I know you did convey it somehow, but I don't think they understand it at all or such logic even went through their head for a second. I feel most of the time they were just using that as an excuse to justify their attempts to deny your rights of recording there. 2) they kept saying you created the situation when they were the one created the situation by attempting to infringe your rights at the first place. That's included the officers refusing to educate those employees when they got there. Everything would have been over if they just simply told them you have the rights to record as long as you were in the public area and it's their responsibility to follow their HIPPA obligation. They actually made it worse by reinforcing those misconceptions about what was legal & illegal for those employees.
