First Bike First Ride KTM RC390 [RAW UNCUT]

Come with me on my first ever ride on my first ever motorcycle.
Unfortunately the camera overheated and stopped recording about halfway through.
I made it home safe, aside from running into a street sign 50 feet from my house. I'm perfectly fine after doing a front flip over the handlebars, thanks to having good gear! It'll be a bit until I get another video up since I now have to buy about $1800 worth of parts to fix it.

Picked up my first bike, an R3, from dealership on a major 2 lane 55mph highway. Was so nervous on that ride, but I made it! -PS I did have to change out the throttle body on that bike to an R6 version so it's only like a 1/4 twist, the stock one had way to much travel.

Nice! I have read that getting a FuelX lite helps with the low RPM throttle jerkiness of this bike so I make look into that. Unfortunately with the crash as I got home I’ve got about $2k worth of parts to replace to get it safe to drive on the roads again. Also thanks for watching and commenting! Hopefully you’re loving your R3! :)

@@RoamingWithRomain my r3 was the 1st batch in 2015 when it came out, I swapped to an r6 after a year, but sold that in 2018 and I’m just looking to get back into it now. I bought my r3 like 2 weeks after Yammie Noob got his if you know his channel, I was like his 30th subscriber lol, so weird to see him all professional now. Might have to wait for August when deals pop up, hard to find what I want right now.

Yammie noob you say? I found his channel 2-3 months ago and have binge watched so much of his comment. As professional as it is it still seems fairly down to earth and honest/blunt. I’m such a newbie that I don’t even know when deals are happening. Although I suspect I got an $1800 discount on my bike because the 2024 versions has 30cc more over last years
