My skull was my reward for winning the marathon world championships in 2010, my triangle on my hand reminds me to keep moving forward and make progress, and my turtle/Pura Vida tattoo on my leg is a reminder of my amazing time in Costa Rica :)

Why aren't you training for kayaking anymore? - I see new opportunities everyday, I'm just grabbing them as they appear and keep working hard, right now that's KZbin & Film. I'm happy I made the change!
How long do your vlogs take to edit? - They vary massively, sometimes 1 hour sometimes 6+

I barely ever comment on your videos even though I've been watching them for over a year now, but I thought it was worth letting you know that your videos always cheer me up! Yesterday I couldn't seem to get exercise scheduled into the day, my friend told me that more bad news about her brain tumor had come up, and work was EXTREMELY stressful! Awesome vlog - love the cycling! Suggestion: track your rides with starve on your phone, and get one of those straps so you can wear the phone on your arm while riding! That way you can see your route, data and all that jazz on both your phone and on the web! :) Keep up the good work

Well I think I got a wee bit of exercise-watching counts, doesn't it ? Lovely countryside for cycling. Nicole is very pretty and free with compliments as well. That's always a nice trait in folks. There's amazing private (no cars) cycle roads in the National Park near me, dozens of miles in fact. Wish you could try them out! =Maine=

Hmm, more style over substance I think. Box Hill is easy. It's somehow managed to gain a reputation for being a "tough hill" - the reality is it's just a famous hill within the area. True it's nice to cycle up it; the tarmac is great and the view around the corner from cafe is just lovely - however for a real hill, try Leith Hill, Toys Hill, Titsey Hill or Brasted Chart - all lung busters. And 30 miles is just a warm up in all honesty - try 130 and then you'll know what knackered feels like - which should be a walk in the part considering the athlete background.
