Many thanks for your "Breaks-all-the-rules cast-on". My first Bond sweater turned out fairly well except for the gnarled pick-up line around the neck where the latches didn't behave well. Now I know I won't have to hand knit the neck on all future Bond sweaters.

Cheryl, the clip that was on the back of my Bond Classic carriage is forever lost. I remembered watching this video awhile ago, and noticed that you had a Singer/Silver Reed row counter. What did you mount it on? Any suggestions of what I might attach and/or glue on the back of my carriage to trip the row counter as it passes?

Okay I watched video #5 but to go on to the 6th video it was no where to be found. so is there no video #6 and #7 is where I need to be?

Will this special cast on work for the USM? There's no fabric guide to remove, and I'm certainly having some problems.

I don't know. I don't have one with which to experiment. The only thing to do is to simply try it.

I do not understand, is the body of the sweater left on the needles hanging? or how is this casting again happen I'm lost

Did you watch part 6 of this series? It shows you how to rehang the neck edge before you do this cast-on. I was very careful to think out the whole sequence of this class in an economical way and if you skip any of it, the next step might not make sense.
