Mr. Urena, from my understanding u service the engine every 5k or 6 months witch ever comes first! Even on full synthetic. U will notice a difference on the MPG! I serviced mimen at 1k and will service again at 5 k.

10k miles on your first oilchange is super shitty for a new car, understand half those miles are on electric, but most experts agree they should be changed super fast on the first time.

Budy on a hybrid a good 4k miles is a stretch.... go full synthetic and a good brand...get the ranger filter and add up a little extra. 10k miles is just too long. Don't forget the muffler bearings every 40k miles

10,000 miles on you oil is a big no no hybrid or not especially your first oil change bad idea I don't care what the oil life monitoring system had on it never do that!

Correct I obviously payed for the vehicle. But as you can see on the the reciept I did not pay for an oil change or tire rotation.
