I'm from Minnesota and I wouldn't knock you for being cold when it is that cold. I once had to to go to work when there was -60 F wind chill. My car wouldn't start so I had to hop a city bus. I wore full ski gear in and that made it bearable to go out and wait for less than 5 minutes for the bus. You gentlemen are DEDICATED!

I can't wait for this day next year when our little local hill Jackson creek (Indianhead) in the midwest is getting a highspeed detachable 6pack! Hot laps for days!

That chairlift is cold on a nice day. One of the highest chairlifts in the country plus it's right next to the divide so it's always windy.

The Snow Creek shoutout 😅 That's about as local as it gets for us Arkansans. Looking forward the the Hidden Valley/Snow Creek videos one day. Especially comparing HV and SC. For me it's just far enough away to go to HV that I can't make a day trip out of it. Not sure if it's worth the extra drive and money to stay overnight there.

To any Americans out there, do you know why a lot of people keep the bar up on your chairlifts? I have never seen this in Europe and would just think it’s dangerous. Also this chairlift in the video does not have leg supports which I find odd

They were too beefy for all of them to fit on the chair no room for the bar to go down

@RadRipper13 we just don’t put it down, it’s not to look cool it’s just that some people don’t want to. Also it can be uncomfortable for some people (fat asses) in America because that’s where most are sadly 😔
