For ur shins, i would recommend heavy calf raises every day. Self masssage before every run. Cushion shoes (asics nimbus 25 or New balance SC trainer, ON Cloud Monster, Adidas Prime X Strung, or Saucony Triumph 21). Also landing mid foot rather than on heels or up on toes which puts extra stress on the calves/tib tendon.
