I guess my thought is, how many would want to pay to stay the whole week, and just get one chance, where theyd have to win outright to get thei card? Some might, but eapecially in europe i doubt they all would.

100% agree with the top up idea, having no byes would make the system fairer, it would also means points could start after one win which would again add to this aspect!

Yep, that call up from the stage 1 list to make a full 128 on day 2+ is something many of us have called for ever since they went to a two stage format

The filling up is a no-brainer, don't know why PDC doesn't do it. It eliminates the byes in the next days. But Q-school needs some change in many respects. What I wonder is why players like Devon Petersen played in the UK Q-school and not the EU, because every year we see that the standard in the EU is significantly lower and there are more cards available. Don't get why anyone who has a passport outside UK would play the UK one if they are serious about getting the card.

Instead of the total averages of EU and UK days, it would probably be more interesting to see the combined average of only the players who qualified on the day. It looks to me like EU has more recreational players simply having a go with averages in the 50s, so those can simply be disregarded as they’ll never impact actually qualifying players. I believe this stat would give a better indication to the required level of actually qualifying in EU and UK.

Surprised more players don't jump on the ferry and head over to European Q School, unless there is a must be domiciled in Europe clause. Good start from Beau and solid starts for Super Ted and Graham Hall. Everyone favourite Aussie picks up a win though 6-5 looks close. The King 102 average.
