Work hard, keep your head down and be grateful blah blah. On the flipside, you have to keep your wits about you and ensure you're never being exploited by shady 'cash in hand' type employers without a sense of ethics or morals. They're out there. I've had my experiences. I really hope you take this as a real adventure and spend time developing language skills, which I sadly struggle embarrassingly with when in Japan (where I am currently). I wish you great success. Do us foreigners proud, represent!! 👍✌✌
