He's guilty; he wore the same outfit, was there the same day and time, was seen by witnesses, parked across the interstate, and walked a long way to get there instead of parking where normal people park, to watch the "fish swim." (SUS?!) Looks identical to the guy in the video footage, walks the same, and verbally sounds the exact same. He knew information that ONLY the killer knew, how did he know that information if it wasn't him? The bullet found near their bodies, came from his gun. Out of ALL that land out there...what are the ODDS of it being next to them? Think about it. The reasonable doubt is the (hair) but come on that doesn't mean there wasn't more than one involved, he definitely was.

Something that concerns me about that bullet is why was it under the ground? There's a shooting range nearby and people commonly go hunting in the area. If that bullet was in the soil because it had been buried over time, that means it had been there for years. I wonder is that why they don't want to show the bullet, it's because it's rusted and old. That might also be why it failed one of the tests when it was in a laboratory. It probably couldn't be fired because it's old. Richard Allen is innocent.

@@63Clocks okay let's say that it wasn't. If it hasn't been fired there's no rifling. You CAN'T match it to any gun. Anybody that shoots in that area or hunts wild game could have left that bullet. And what's odd is that a 40. caliber bullet is more typically associated with law enforcement...
