You are missing *loads* of data that Judge Gull has access to. Richard Allen will be able to file an appeal after the fact but this man admitted to the killings more than once and apparently gave details that no one else would have known. The man confessed.
@imaginationbound960
@imaginationbound960 Күн бұрын
@@MetalMiIIs At least one of the “confessions” was that he shot them, which we know is not true, so that casts doubt on the confessions. It’s well known that people will falsely confess out of mental/emotional exhaustion, and it’s known that other inmates will often claim someone confessed when they didn’t, at the behest of the investigators who ask them to be informants for benefit.
@MetalMiIIs
@MetalMiIIs Күн бұрын
@@imaginationbound960 BS. People don't confess multiple times over an extended time period if they didn't do it. It wasn't like Brendan Dassey's confession where they had him in a room for 8 hours or whatever. Idk where you heard that he claimed he shot them, nor how you would verify the source. Maybe he did pull the trigger but the gun jammed and that accounts for the unspent round. Either way the jury will get to hear it so don't be surprised when they render a guilty verdict. No offense but I think y'all spend too much time on reddit and watching Murder Sheet. The FBI wrote practically every book on ritual murder and serial killing, if they didn't think the crime scene was ritualistic then it most likely wasn't. We shall see.

There is no justice for anyone in this particular case when the judge acts like the defendent is already guilty and is not hiding it at all. She acts like she has a personal animosity toward this defendent. It’s obvious Indiana has a glaring problem with this particular judge as she practices her version of the law. The girls do NOT receive justice if the wrong peson is found ‘guilty’, Rich Allen IS being treated like he is guilty but the judge will not let him present evidence to defend himself. He is in a horrible position where a judge gives him the task of proving he’s innocent but without the benefit of evidence he says he has to prove himself innocent! Unreal. No cameras. This judge should either be removed or Rich Allen should appeal everything. And this is clearly a case where the judge is breaking the most basic of a case: the burden of proof of guilt is on the state, the defendant is innocent till proven guilty. She is a dishonorable judge.

Why make it more complicated than it is? The girls clearly do not know BG as he approaches them in the video, as Abby asks Libby “Is that guy still behind me?” RA fits the description, the video, the audio. He admitted he was there 1:30-3:30, then changed his story when he realized he was a suspect. The ballistics match. He sought mental healthcare shortly after the murders.

@@sammyday3341Ballistics isn’t involved. The round wasn’t fired. Cycled and ejected rounds cannot be definitively connected to an individual firearm. Newsflash..the truth won't come out because the judge is blocking a lot of information and evidence that would allow the defense to put on a case. Through the pre-trial hearings and now leading into the trial, Judge Gull appears to highly favor the Prosecution. My belief is that a defendant is entitled to put on a defense. I don't know if Richard Allen is guilty or innocent, but he deserves to be able to put on a defense so the jury has all the evidence from both sides so they can make an educated decision.

I believe the Richard Allen fan club is in for a dose of reality. He stated in 2017 he was there 1:30-3:30, then changed his timeline when he realized he was under suspicion. He matches the description from at least four eyewitnesses. He looks like BG and the ‘older guy’ sketch. He sought mental health help after the murders. His firearm is the same caliber as the unfired cartridge and ballistics of extraction marks match up. His confessions to his wife and mother were told before he started putting on a crazy act at the direction of the defense. His car was caught on surveillance during the timeframe of the murders. I believe electronic data, clothing, and possibly souvenirs gathered during the search of his home will make people re-think their impression of RA. Motive? Odds are he’s a sexual predator with a hidden past, but he may have been enraged by something the girls said to him as they got on the bridge and he was coming off. He crossed back over to the south end to confront them. But odds are he’s a predator.

How can a judge not allow an expert? That’s not shady at all. Innocent until proven guilty. But you know there has to be some kind of defense to. If he is who did it he deserves all he gets. But if it is an innocent man our tax dollars are being wasted on a man that’s not even guilty. Not to mention the girls made that video just to prove who did it. They knew something wasn’t right and it wouldn’t be justice for them. But I guess we will never know since the judge isn’t allowing actual evidence for a defense in.
