There needs to be an appeal on this case so that RA gets an actual fair trial with a non-bias judge & in a non-tainted law enforcement jurisdiction. This is my opinion, but LE did not follow proper chain of custody for that ‘unspent bullet’, this man was immediately sent to a prison, which i may add Brian Kolburger (alleged Idaho 4 Killer) has received better treatment than Mr. Allen. In addition to that ALL evidence of Richard Allen’s original police interview and many more was lost, along with tons of other evidence lost. They have no real proof, but the state has kept him under the care of Odenist Correctional Officers. He had a severe mental break while in his cell due to physical and mental abuse while awaiting trial. Please keep in mind Mr. Allen has NOT been charged but has been treated most severely. In addition to all this the Judge is very bias & IMO likely operating under the treat of these Odenist that are infested inside the walls of this town. These girls deserve JUSTICE & their families & friends deserve the TRUTH. I think the original detectives were onto the truth back when this case occurred & I believe there are many very good honorable people who have worked on this case. However, I also believe there are people with changing faces working in places where they can operate in the shadows. IMO Richard Allen has been the selected fall guy because he most closely matches the actual guy the police think they have. I don’t believe RA has anything to do with it & that cult needs stopped! Rituals and blood sacrifices of animals is dangerous, but of young girls is much much darker and demonic. Don’t forget that 2 of the prison guards had patches on their uniforms that said “In Odin we Trust” they were told to remove them. They’ve been holding them in a prison which is very different than a jail. An inmate was so troubled by his abuse, he wrote a letter to the judge. The judge not allowing the detectives who were on the case prior had the Odonist suspicion and there was a huge coverup. The judge is not allowing that evidence told to the jury. Allen was abused and very drugged when he confessed. I think the judge should recuse because she’s been unconstitutional and biased. I think the judge may be an Odinist.

@CriminalNetwork2 ай бұрын
"Let the Shitshow Begin" - October 11, 2024 - The term kangaroo court refers to a court so removed from legal norms that it can no longer be considered fair or just. It often involves: Disregarding or distorting the principles of law and justice, Operating in an unauthorized, irresponsible, or irregular manner, Ignoring due process, Reaching predetermined conclusions, Being controlled in a way that makes a fair trial impossible. The term is a severe condemnation, typically used to describe judges involved in egregious miscarriages of justice. It originated in America between 1850 and 1855, likely likening a kangaroo’s jumping ability to a court that "jumps to conclusions" on a flimsy or invalid basis. With that in mind, let the spectacle begin. I honestly didn’t believe this trial would go forward, especially since once it starts, it opens the door for appeals. That means all of Judge Gull's unconstitutional rulings will be scrutinized, and she will be held accountable. I thought the state would push the case as far as possible-perhaps even selecting a jury-before dropping the charges after offering a plea deal, one that Richard Allen and his defense would outright refuse. Why else would the judge make such unjust decisions and biased rulings against a hardworking, law-abiding, taxpaying citizen of Carroll County and feel confident no one would question her? Oversight seems nonexistent. How can Richard Allen get a fair trial when nearly all of his constitutional rights have been violated up to this point? Judges are expected to be impartial, and while many lean toward the state, they don't usually do so publicly-or worse, so blatantly. Neither the prosecutor nor the judge were involved in the case back in 2017, making it seem like they’ve handpicked people to control this Carroll County "kangaroo court." It’s disturbing that, even in 2024, the rights afforded to all of us can be completely stripped away by someone in power who chooses to abuse that power at will. The state should be responsible for proving its case, not forcing the defense to prove their client’s innocence. Yet in this trial, it seems like the defense’s ability to prove innocence has been hamstrung, especially by not allowing third-party suspects-suspects who were also being investigated for the exact same crime that Richard Allen is now accused of. Richard Allen deserves better than this. More importantly, Abby and Libby deserve better. Justice in Indiana seems to have become just a word-a word used to frame an innocent man. Since 2017, it feels like the victims’ families, law enforcement, and even the city of Delphi have been profiting off the tragic deaths of those two girls. True justice-justice that is impartial, fair, and reasonable-means that both the accused and the accuser are given the right to a fair process and that any harm caused is rightfully addressed. If real justice can’t be achieved for Abby and Libby, then people should stop using their names in vain. Those girls didn’t deserve what happened to them, and the way their case has been handled by law enforcement feels like a bad joke. This case should remind everyone, including you and me, that constitutional rights can be violated outright, as has been done here in Indiana. Law enforcement officers take an oath and are held to higher standards than the rest of us. Yet in Carroll County, the abuse of power is out of control. ________________________________ My message expresses a deep frustration with what I perceive to be systemic injustices in the ongoing legal process concerning Richard Allen, as well as a broader condemnation of the justice system in Carroll County, Indiana. I outline various criticisms, ranging from judicial bias and unfair treatment of the defense, to larger concerns about constitutional rights being violated. The emotional weight behind this critique reflects a profound sense of betrayal-not only on behalf of Richard Allen, but also in terms of how the case involving the tragic deaths of Abby and Libby has been handled by both law enforcement and the courts. I argue that the legal system appears to be functioning in a "kangaroo court" manner, where outcomes seem predetermined, the principles of justice are ignored, and due process is disregarded. The idea that third-party suspects are being excluded, in my view, reinforces a sense of unfairness, as it limits the defense’s ability to present a full and robust argument in favor of their client. Additionally, the belief that the legal process is becoming more of a spectacle, with stakeholders exploiting the memory of the victims, adds to my disillusionment. My critique also touches on broader philosophical questions about justice, particularly how it should be impartial and ensure that no one’s rights are trampled, whether they are the accused or the accusers. I fear that the trial may become more about optics and power dynamics than about seeking true justice for the victims or the accused. "Directly to Supt. Carter and Lt. Holeman" - October 10, 2024 - ISP Superintendent Doug Carter and ISP Lieutenant Jerry Holeman, How much longer are you going to pretend that you didn’t completely mishandle this case? Even in the face of the truth, you continue to gaslight the public and act as though we are fools. The 136-page Memorandum is now part of public record, and no amount of denial will change that fact. When will you admit to your mistakes? Law enforcement rarely acknowledges failures, and it often takes decades before the truth comes out-when wrongfully convicted people are finally exonerated due to errors like using the wrong DNA. As two of the highest-ranking officers in Indiana, you should be ashamed. We understand that you won’t willingly discredit your agencies, but this time, the world is watching as you attempt to make Richard Allen the scapegoat for your own countless mistakes. When the full truth is revealed, I wonder which of you will be the first to unalive yourself. You both know, as does much of the public now, that Richard Allen is not the perpetrator. Not only is he completely innocent, but he has no involvement in the murders at all. When indictments start coming in for Carroll County, there will be many who lose their jobs and face charges. Setting up Officer Todd Click was another disgraceful move because he dared to go against the grain of the "good ol’ boys." Witnesses in the courtroom on March 18, 2024, saw how upset both of you were after hearing Click testify. Some even heard one of you mutter, “How did he get that?” Just days later, on March 24, 2024, Doug Carter promoted Jerry Holeman to Lieutenant, and by April 11, 2024, the investigation into Todd Click began. Coincidence? I think not. Doug Carter and Jerry Holeman, you are abusing your power and trying to frame an innocent family man for the murder of two girls based on flimsy, circumstantial evidence. I have faith that the 12 jurors who will oversee the Delphi case will see through your weak arguments. Judge Gull may be manipulating the situation, but these jurors are not puppets. They will not be fooled by the smoke and mirrors you present in your desperate attempt to convict Richard Allen. I have personally spoken to both of you, and everything you told me was full of obvious lies-lies that you may even be starting to believe yourselves. Doug and Jerry, I eagerly await the day Abby and Libby return to claim your souls for the injustice you’ve perpetuated. justiceforjonbenetramsey.blogspot.com/2023/09/delphi-murders-libby-abby.html

@serious3232 ай бұрын
Yes on the voice analysis but they are avoiding that for some odd reason. What was done to the girls in the time frame points to many people involved. They were tortured. Only one showed signs of being bound. I highly doubt they just stood there while he went back and forth harming them. No matter what one of them would have tried to run yet didn't. They were perfectly placed in the fools card position and in the as above so below position after death. One was fully clothed while the other was naked. They have not said if one was raped or not which would contain evidence. He is the third person to be charged for this murder and they end up wrong. I have had a play by play theory on this case every since they arrested the suspect, RA. The suspect (RA or another person or persons) approached the girls and presented a weapon and told the girls to go down the hill. It's also highly likely that the perp(s) immediately took the girls phones from them. I also suspect that the perpetrator(s) had trail cameras along that walking trail (they are probably long gone now back with the perp(s)). They would constantly monitor the cameras to see if opportunities to harm arose. After getting 'down the hill' and into the woods - one of the girls decided to call the hard-core assailants bluff and likely said something to the effect, "that's not even a real gun." This is when the assailant pulled back the top slide of the pistol, which caused one of the chambered rounds to come out flying and hit the ground. The hard-core perp then likely restated his threat to unalive the girls if they did not comply. This one act then put hard fear into the girls minds, and they made the decision to cautiously obey the perpetrator(s). After this, the perpetrator(s) then made the victims remove all their clothing and put them in separate areas - (one victim was forced to walkaway with the hard-core perp, while the other victim was forced to stay at the original 'down the hill' scene in the woods with perp #2). The perpetrators motive was absolutely s3xual. Any fool can see this. Though the perpetrator(s) wanted to grape the victims, the perp(s) had the wherewithal to not grape the victims because they would leave DNA evidence - a guaranteed slam dunk unalive penalty case. As such, I highly suspect that one of the perpetrator(s) (the hard-core one) took the victims undergarments, and master-DEbated at the scene while staring at one of the unclothed victims. If LE was super good, and did a methodical search from the outer perimeter of the scene inward - they likely could have collected a semen sample at the crime scene. One victim was unalived by one perpetrator, while the other victim was then unalived by the other perpetrator in separate areas. The hard-core perp then picked up his victim, put her over his shoulder, and carried her back to the original 'down the hill' scene in the woods. He then laid her down near her fellow now, deceased best friend. The perp(s) then shabbily dressed the victims in mismatched clothing and placed the facade of sticks upon their bodies to make it appear that spiritualists conducted the crime and left the scene. The perpetrators kept the victims undergarments as momentos; and this evidence, if found would hold all the DNA necessary to convict the savages of their crimes. I would bet that such a person would hide a trophy of such sadistic value in their attic, workshop, or in their work locker at the job. People wonder why were the victims unalived. Here's my theory - the perp(s) knew that the victims obtained pictures of them with their phones, prior to the incident. The hard-core perp likely showed his identifiable genitals to one of the victims, so that was also a risk. The perp(s) wanted the victims to be willing participants, but they did good and fought back as best as they could but ultimately the perp(s) won for now. That's just my theory, Not Facts - coming from a fmr fed side guy who dealt with a few cases. Prayers to the families of the victims for true healing ⚕, peace 🕊, and justice ⚖
