How do you like to start your first day of homeschooling? Are there any little traditional s that your family has?

Have a wonderful first week back to school. I hope you guys have a blessed school year. We are finally starting our first day next week. I just got the room set up cute we will get donuts and do a craft on “ all about me “ and just make it fun. I did get the K5 five parent led and child kit but I kinda wish I would’ve known about the dvds bc i totally would have went that route but it’s okay! One thing though I didn’t realize until yesterday when going through it ( followed your flex binder system and girl!! it’s amazing thank you so much for sharing that btw! So much better then having all those books on table ) I needed to order separately the S.S, Art, and science so I’ll have to go on abeka to get those, But anywho Can’t wait to start thank you for sharing your vlog with us and seems like your kiddos will have a great year! Keep up the great work mama! 😊and thanks for sharing 😊

Thank you so much 🥰 it has been a great start! It sounds like your first day is going to be awesome! I love the idea of an all about me craft! That super cute and definitely a nice memento to keep and reflect on at the end of the year 🤗 I would love to see how your space turned out! If you want to you can share a pic w me on a dm on IG or email me 🥰 It makes me so happy to hear that your are lll lol bing the binder system! Let me tell you it just works wonders with keeping g everything all in one place, especially as they start doing more subject in the later grades. Both parent led and the academy are awesome. You’ll see what fits your little one’s learning style best so you can always try the videos in the later grades. One thing I always recommend is if you are choosing to do the videos just make sure to test it out using the “free hours” they offer before purchasing to make sure that it’s something your child will enjoy. 😉 I didn’t realize the ss and art book weren’t included in the child kit! We do the Academy so it brings it all in the kit. As the year goes on if you want to share how’s it going or have any question don’t hesitate to send me a message!
