We are doing public school hybrid learning this year so my son will be learning from home 3 days each week. I plan to have him use our dining room so I am going to decorate it after he is in bed the night before school starts. I have a banner and tissue pom poms. I also got a tiered tray to keep him school supplies in. Hoping to make it a cute place to do school. I may even try to hang something he can display his school work on. Thanks for the ideas!

I just had a few moments and saw this video pop up in my feed. I loved it, I’ve been super discouraged about starting again because I have a 10 year old that is less than enthusiastic about school so I was encouraged about making the first day of school fun and space out fun activities throughout the week. I have never taken back to school pictures and now I am sad. Oh well better late than never. We have about 3 more months before we have to cram back in the RV trailer and my homeschool days fall apart when we travel so I am eager to change that this year and actually intentionally plan routines.
