Hey Katie, you can probably consider the Longchamp tote bag. I've been using this bag during my internship plus it's great and large space can put your laptop in it!

Just a tip for anyone else! if your hair tools are dual voltage and the voltage is compatible with ones in Germany you’ll be fine using them! Just google for more information on how to check them. I went to Ireland (I’m Canadian) and used my hair straightener and had no problems using my adapter. It used to be more of a problem back when the tools were more commonly single voltage

Dear Katie, don't worry too much about your make-up. Less is more in Germany. Your boyfriend will love you with a natural look as well. You will also see that most German women tend to a more natural look. Granola = Müsli in German (from the Swiss Müesli). It has become a very traditional German breakfast (or at least part of it). If you have a Globetrotter store in your area they will have backpacks, both for work as well as for hiking. Otherwise Northface, or Fjallraven Kanken, or even a Jack Wolfskin backpack is ok. Unless you have to represent your company in business meetings while carrying that bag/backpack/carryall those will be totally fine. Obviously if representing is necessary then look around for a professional business outfitter.

I like the "Matt & Nat" vegan backpacks!! They look very stylish & professional. I have a Longchamp bag:tote but I find if you put a lot of things in it or a laptop it can feel really heavy & hurt your shoulder. Although the newer models have a long sling strap that might be better for long walks/commutes. Great video!!💕💕💕

I’m really curious about the public transportation in Germany as I might be moving to either Hamburg or Düsseldorf this year. Do you think you could kinda describe it or make a vlog showing how it works? Also I don’t know if you’ve mentioned this in another video but how long is this internship and what are your plans for after it ends?

for sure I can definitely talk more about the public transportation in an upcoming video!! and the internship is until end of june and after that I may go to grad school or start a full time job, but rn I’m leaning towards grad school!
