First Day Of Trial For Artur Pawlowski | Thursday, February 2, 2023 | Micah Quinn | Bridge City News

Former Calgary street preacher and now leader of the Independence Party of Alberta, Artur Pawlowski, was in Lethbridge court on Thursday. Pawlowski was charged with inciting mischief, counseling interference with critical infrastructure and failing to keep the peace when he spoke at the Coutts Border Blockade last winter. Pawlowski says the Crown prosecutor did not bring forth any witnesses on Thursday.
Artur Pawloski’s brother, Dawid, was also at the court house and explained why he believes his brother is innocent.
The trial involving Artur Pawlowski continues tomorrow at the Lethbridge provincial courthouse.

While others no doubt pissed and moaned about having to shovel their driveway again, this man was feeding the homeless and less privileged in the cold snowy streets. Well before Coutts. Got harassed for it, as well. I'm not a Christian, not a follower of organized religions of any kind. But I know right from wrong. Do the courts? Remains to be seen, I guess.

Ethical? He spews hatred and opposes abortion and homosexuality. he hates Muslims and anyone who doesn't agree with his preachings. Does that make him a good person? He's now become a millionaire because so many people give to his charity (which is no longer a registered charity) and he is always asking for money. The man full of hatred.

Yes true but they did not tell the whole story they should of kept going. They broke their court order and a few other conditions they should have obeyed. They should of stayed home but went to coutts border anyway. Its going to be hard for every single charge to drop. I think he will be spending some time in jail but the question is how long.
