Had a boat painted few years ago, sage green and wine kinda classy tonal twist on traditional, turned out lime green and pillar box red, tad less classy🤦🏻‍♀️. yours is lovely,and great with the windows. Babys heart ❤️ awe so cute, lister/rave vibes!

Take it in turns as you pass each pub to " count the legs" relating to the pub sign e.g. The Lion = 4 legs. The Coach and Horses = 8 or more legs depending on number of horses. The Kings Head = 0. I am a bright colour eg red, orange and yellow. But, I also love gardens and artichokes. I would have chosen something different, but I like how what you have chosen reflects your souls, your passions, your love together. She's beautiful. I assume she will have a sign and some beautiful picture on her one day... or maybe just her name and no picture. So glad you are back home. Lovely hearing the baby, they sound healthy... and yes it is real, very real when you hear that little life beating away... beautiful.

@@thistinylife oh I didn't mean she isn't beautiful. I love colour and I love that she is green. I love how she represents you. I have a bright yellow camper trailer called Bumblebee. We chose her colour. To my neighbours she is probably ugly, but she represents us and we wanted family memories in a bright yellow camper trailer. We were once travelling in the middle of nowhere, out in the South Australian Outback and we had a big Mog camper truck pass us on the highway. I remember saying to my husband I swear that was our friend, he was like nah not out here. Sure enough I get a message from our friend, was that bumblebee that just passed me? Made our day. We were miles from home and randomly passed by a friend who knew it was us by our trailer. Best thing ever. You do you, because it speaks your story.

It's great to see you both back on Artichoke, the colour is lovely. The baby bump looks great, (24 is the fundal height, approximately 1cm per week but there are charts online you can check) and peanuts heartbeat sounds nice and strong. I bet you are both enjoying getting things ready and getting to boat sorted. X

I guessed right about the colour, looks really good. Lovely to hear Baby Narrowboat's heartbeat ❤. A word of warning, if for any reason the airbag activated with Tilly on your lap she'd be seriously injured at the very least, safer to secure her on the back seat. You wouldn't have a child or baby on your lap, same applies to your beautiful dog. Look forward to seeing you next week x.

In the States we look for license plates from different states, I suppose you could look at the 1st two letters that identify where the car is registered. So glad to see you back on You Tube and love the Boat color and what a great job you have done!. Greetings from Scranton, Pennsylvania

Beautiful color. Different and that’s good. Loved the baby heart sounds. I was a nursery nurse and I really enjoyed teaching new moms to breast feed and care for their new ones. This was years ago and I imagine things have changed. Enjoy your pregnancy.

My daughter created a car game around her love for animals. It’s loosely based on eye spy but with animal facts. So someone thinks of an animal, the other person/s take turns asking questions/guessing, and then the person with the winning guess goes next. We are all much better informed about animals now after hours playing it!!

We like to play Pub Cricket when travelling in the car. Someone is nominated to bat, and when you drive past a pub you score by counting the number of legs are in the pub name. eg, The White Horse scores four; The Green Man scores two. If the are no legs then the batsman is OUT and the next player comes in to bat. It continues until you’ve reached your destination (or you get bored). Not ideal for playing on a motorway!

The 24 measurement generally should equal your weeks of gestation. It sounds like your baby is a normal size and right on track growth wise. It isn't an exact correlation but it tends to be pretty close. It is called a McDonald's measurement.

Car game - we used to play a game using the letters from number-plates to create incredibly gruesome fictional movie titles. For example the letters RAZ becomes Return of the Apocalyptic Zombies. The kid’s version is fun because well, kids love using “farts” “poop” and other words strung together to create a hilarious albeit nonsensical “movie” title. Well we had lots of fun anyway 🤣

@@thistinylife we have also done zero prep, she brought three baby sleeping bags today which is the very first things. Apparently it means you don’t have to wrap the baby up when when putting them to sleep. This week has been the start of the kicking but I can’t feel them yet.

Hey Jules - the colour code we went for is RAL 6021 pale green. It took so long to narrow down on about 5 shades of roughly the same colour 😅 good luck!!
