It's interesting that in the V-Force it was the Valiant, then the Victor and then the Vulcan, which was the most advanced Airframe overall and the longest serving...although Pilots might've preferred the Victor due to the much roomier cockpit. (You couldn't sit properly straight in the Vulcan. ) And Aston does it the other way 'round, the vulcan is the first, the Victor second and due to technological advantages more advanced. However the Design is not quite as modern, wich does fit the airplane, which was modern at the time, but not as out of this world advanced as the Vulcan. I wonder what they'll do with the Valiant, as the airframe was the most conservative of the three.....guess it will be a classical Aston revival.

A stunner of a car, more rational in its design than any other car I know of. If the Victor V12 hasn't got it, you don't need it. Certainly the engine layout, situated at its best, rear of the steering equipment is going to provide a better turning package than most front-engined hypercars. Even the interior design is unique in its spacious layout, with interesting angles and podded shapes for air flow and the steering assembly. Someone was intensely focused when thinking this car through, with a marvellous match of all the components, both mechanical and visual, therein lies the 4 million pound price. I am a poor man, but this is one treasure which is not about money, for it is an art piece beyond the ownership of any more than one person. Beyond which it is a shared experience, even if vicariously.

Other carmakers: We've got 4 million, so let's build a proper infotainment out of this. Aston Martin: We've got 4 million. Let's spend it on a V12 manual hypercar and use that old Mercedes screen that sat on that shelf for 5 years.
