Once the drift season is over (I know it never really ends in FL) you should do a complete tear down of the 240 to a bare rolling shell and fix all of the little issues that have built up over time.

If it never started spooling until 4500 rpms before and the only change you made to the turbo system was welding that cracked manifold... just imagine how long that thing must have been broken.

For the axle bolts, you could get extra long ones and jam a nut against the axle, so they cannot come loose.

3:26 That`s why I like poly or even rubber in places like that, loses some control and precision but gains reliability (seat time). Sleeving it will only transfer that shock elsewhere (you`ll find out soon enough).

I feel like Adam is low-key getting involved with the competition world of drifting so he can maintain the whole "Drifting for fun" attitude and still perform well. Adam, I don't know if you're casually playing with the idea but look at Ryan Tuerck... had he not released his S13 videos he wouldn't be where he was today.... TWO off-season videos and he's like the Ken Block of drifting. You have 2,000,000 Subs. WHEN you get into FD or Pro2, your fans will be like the fucking Raiders. If you think about it in a business point of view, it would almost be stupid not to go to FD or Pro2.

The point is to have the heim joints get damaged and not the control arm or chassis. With parts like that, you need a weak link, otherwise you will be damaging other stuff in the meantime. I'd suggest stocking up with spare heims and just riding it out, and replace them as they get bent, its designed to fail like this.

Heads up with the GKTech Tie rods. They're notorious for randomly breaking at the neck right before the heim joint, where it gets skinny. Not sure if they've addressed that issue yet, so you may want to reinforce them.
