A Battista, Concept 2, Nevera, or Evija probably "feels" quicker because of the shorter gearing, instant torque, and superior traction, but this thing is on a different level from those cars when it comes to outright speed, and it will dissapear into the horizon once you pass 200mph. The power to weight, top speed, low coefficient of drag, are all class-leading. I can't wait to see what this thing can do on a sufficiently long straight. Oh, and did I mention that it sounds incredible?

I’m not sure they would feel quicker tbh (and I have noticed that you put feel rather and are). @@dcogburn1986 tell me you don't know shit about fuck without telling me you don't know shit about fuck. Look I don't have a dog in this fight i.e I'm not a Hennessey fan nor do i own anything made by or tuned by them, but what I do know is manufacturing, and the body panels and engineering alone to design up and get functioning just the body of the F5 was at least 900k per car. Carbon monocoque technology isn't cheap, and the molds to do it aren't cheap either, simple triple curve panels can cost in excess of 50k for just the molds. So I'm going to tell you the same thing I tell everyone else who has zero concept of how this shit works but thinks they do, you think you can build a 600+whp 6x6 for sub 200k, do it. Don't give excuses, you have a KZbin channel, do it document your process, costs, then at the end put it through the same tests that others i.e. Hennessey has. Run it off road, straight line, turning, independent suspension testing. Put your money where your mouth is.

The sense of acceleration from that cabin camera was a bit let down by the semi-auto slow shifting but 0-150 in any multi-million dollar current or soon to be released hypercar, combustion or electric is going to be blisteringly quick but cars like the Chiron and those designed to approach 300 and beyond like this F5, they'll be pulling away from those EV's, let's not even mention the sound of this thing which puts any Nevera or Lotus or Battista to shame.

Drag racing spec parts aren't necessarily built to break, they're built to hold more power. It's just that because drag cars only need to last a quarter mile they push it so hard that it wears the engine out quickly. Just putting less boost in should help it to last properly.
