Super stoked for you dude!! Feels good to roll around the block!! One thing that I saw tho I wanted to point out is, you need to get the regulator off the firewall if you want to run at the track as per NHRA rules. Tech will not let you run if they are paying attention. Also make sure that the shifter is putting that trans into gear properly. You'll smoke that thing in no time flat if its between gears and your trying to dive it around. We all have bugs to work out on new builds but man!!! Nothing like a fresh build going down the street under its own steam. Sounds good im sure it will be quick once its ready to rip!!! Im still messing with the Twinnebago so I have gremlins over here as well. 🤣 -Dane

I was wondering about the regulator and had heard that but I see it there on so many cars but I'll move it just in case. Thanks man, I'm stoked!

On my Dime if the electric cooling fan is running when I shut it off it keeps running for a few seconds. I think it's backfeeding until the fan stops turning. ☇ Keep up the good work. 👍

That's exactly what I determined. I figured it out last night. I'll either use a diode or run a dedicated fan relay. Good looking out 👍
@danieljames58754 жыл бұрын
Yes. If u read any fan insulation it tells you that they can back feed. Good work guys.

Are your calipers upside down if so they won’t bleed completely because the air is trapped in the lines.

@RobbyVsGarage4 жыл бұрын
It's a QFT (quick fuel technology) 750 cfm blow through carb. I didn't really do a lot of research other than using the carb sizing tool on Holley's website and ordering it through Holley.

Is the fuel pump on the same switch as the electric fan? That doesnt make any sense.... what if its a cold day at the drags and youre trying to get some heat in the motor?
@RobbyVsGarage4 жыл бұрын

What radiator is that. Looks like it gives you some room.
Quick question, just curious on what exhaust manifold did you use on the driver side for the hotside of the turbo. I'm in the process of working on my gen 2 truck and thats where I am stuck for my hotside. Much appreciated.
