You don't have to move to enjoy the villages. You could rent for a few months for a couple weeks. Lots of options. In season, January to March, is more difficult to find a rental, and a bit more expensive. But outside of those ones plenty of options and really quite affordable. Maybe you should start with that and who knows maybe you will decide to move! Until then keep watching videos!

Was this party in St. Johns ? If it was hubby and I were there but did not stay long as it was brutally hot!! We and our Levi & Boaz section of St. Johns neighbors where the St. Johns pool is headed there and floated around until sunset. Glad to see you are enjoying life in TV. 😁

Shade trees are everywhere, mostly on paths or golf courses. However, in the newer areas, there are not many around the homes. In the older areas there are lots of trees in the neighborhoods.

Big tree's around your house have roots that eventually end up breaking sidewalks, driveways and water lines.

No, but there is a noise curfew and the street needs to be able to be cleared if there was an emergency.
