Today we unboxed and did a durability test and speed test on the New Arrma Kraton 6s truck!!! This truck looks so good and performs so good!! I got to tell you, I love my kraton but i do agree, it needs a wheelie bar from the factory. Did not know you had never driven one or i would have let you rip mine before you left. Great video and good review. Look forward to seeing this one when you get it back together

Great video, and nice to see one from a first time owner, like me. I agree about the wheelie bar, this one fits it but it really should come included - Part No: ARA-1528 but seems to be no stocks, at least not here in the UK. I also have seen this fitted to a few v6 and exb v2 - M2C Part number: M2C3056 to strengthen up that weak point on the chassis.

That’s crazy I wonder how thunder rc sent his so many times without breakage but if you watch his he shows you the parts that make this new 6s rtr kraton super solid I think he lands pretty flat on his insane jumps plus also lands on grass . I want this rc just wish they made some cooler dark color combos with that carbon look.

@@Dupdopy I’ve never had that problem, check to see if the grub screw that is at the bottom of the cup is still in there. There should be a screw at the bottom.

i had a v1 or 2 kraton while that was alright do to the weaker chassis, terrible tires, and ok electronics. but definitely v6 is such a major improvement i kid you not. I had the same conundrum over the two. but at the end went with Notorious do to fun ability and skills. I do hit the skate park alot now and just thinking that I had experienced the kraton driving characteristics just driving in a straight line can get boring fast. ultimately, comes to you whaat you like to run. and the other thing i didnt want to deal with the chassis getting bent again as the Notorious is more compact and shorter chassis

Its always the super jumps breaking these things, too much force for the landing. It rotated right into the ground. The plastic arms are a weak point for sure, but those are easily upgraded. I haven't sent mine to the moon and it has no issues, except i did have one of the screws on the steering servo arms come out, the arm attached to the wheel and servo, not sure what its called exactly. Had to add some blue loctite.

The Kraton EXB V2, V6 Notorious, and V6 Kraton share the same wing mount and therefor can utilize part number #ARA-1528 it’s $22.99

Notorious wheelie bar will bolt right on the back end of a kraton,,,and PR gram the speed control you still have it on stock settings 😂.

Most 6s arrma parts are interchangeable,so if you decide you want a longer chassis you can add that if you decide you want to turn your kraton into a Mojave you can,,you decide you want a notorious just swap out chassis,and a couple parts,and there you go..

Very nice broke in the same place as the last truck but i think the last truck took more of a beating this one in the video only got air between 5 to 6 times and was done 😢😢 but hopefully you get it fixed Just a thought see if you can get someone to 3d print you a willie wheel that may just work out see if you can find one to modify to fit the great of the truck

As an owner of the EXB V2, everything points to this V6 being the best 1/8 bash speed truck on the market. Unless you're some immature douchebag that intentionally rams into trees you can clearly see durable this version is.
